Where We Came From
Mister Smokes opened in Buena Park, California in 2007 — not as a business plan, but as something that needed to exist. The community around us — low riders, hip hop heads, skaters, surfers, graffiti artists, creatives — needed a shop that understood them. Not a chain with fluorescent lights and generic stock. A real spot.
We started with glass and essentials. Over time we grew into what the community needed — premium brands like ROOR, Zob, HVY Glass, and Puffco; disposable vapes when that category took off; kratom, focus pouches, exotic sodas. Every addition was a response to what our customers were asking for, not what some corporate buyer decided to push.
Today we serve Buena Park and the surrounding Orange County area from 7685 Knott Ave. The same address. The same mentality. Staff who use the products and give it to you straight. A rewards program that actually rewards you. A community that's been with us since day one.
We're also expanding. New locations are in the works. But no matter how big we grow, this is always going to be the shop that started on Knott Ave and stayed true to where it came from.
