2. Tobacco & Vaping Product Warnings

Many products available at Mister Smokes contain or are associated with tobacco and nicotine. The following applies to all such products:

• We comply with California SB 793, which prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco and vaping products. We do not carry flavored tobacco products.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will not provide refunds for products that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original condition.
