You must be 21 or older
Tobacco and vape products are 21+ in California. That is why every shop checks ID. At Mister Smokes, we card everyone who looks under 40, and an expired or missing ID means no sale.
SB 793 and flavored products
California's SB 793 restricts the retail sale of most flavored tobacco products, including many flavored vapes. As a result, California shops stock a different lineup than shops in other states. We follow the rules, so you will not see flavored tobacco products on our shelves.
No self-service displays
Under the STAKE Act, tobacco and vape products cannot be in self-service displays, which is why they stay behind the counter. If you want to see something, just ask.
What to bring
Bring a valid, non-expired government-issued ID.
Why it matters to us
We have been part of the Buena Park community since 2007, and following the rules is how we stay here. Straight answers and no shortcuts.
